Cornelius “Lee” Alig is an Indianapolis-based architect and urban development strategist with a legacy of shaping Indiana’s civic and commercial landscape. A licensed architect since 1981, Lee co-founded both HDG (now Ratio) Architects and Mansur Real Estate Services, leading transformative projects across sectors including hospitality, multifamily, and mixed-use development. Lee holds degrees in architecture and urban planning from Tulane University and Columbia University. He has served in key civic leadership roles, including Vice Chairman of the Regional 2020 Plan and Chair of the Governor’s Residence Commission. His commitment to community advancement is reflected in his extensive board service and active volunteerism with organizations such as Keep Indianapolis Beautiful and Second Helpings.
